The information below is intended to provide further clarity regarding how your data is dealt with in processing the goods and services on this site.
We collect personal information that you provide to us at the time of registration to become a user of our website, or when you submit an order for products or services from us (e.g. by completing and sending us an application form or contacting us by phone, such as your name, email address, telephone number, home/office address, details of your order, etc.). Apart from this information that you provide to us, we do not collect any personal information about you on our website or otherwise.
We engage third parties to provide services to us or to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include website hosting, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mails and processing credit/debit card payments. Such service providers will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions, but may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the personal information in accordance with GDPR.
Credit/debit card payments are processed by Realex via their own website and payment processing system and are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy statement of Realex. The credit/debit card details are not made available at any time to Mullinahone Co-op.
Sharing your personal information
Apart from our service providers, we may disclose your personal information to third parties:
- for the purpose of or in connection with products or services you order from us, such as to the Department of Agriculture in connection with animal identification tags
